Full Day hire includes 8 hours | Half Day hire includes 4 hours.

Extra hours will be charged at a rate of $50 per hour and is applicable should the hire exceed 15 minutes or more beyond expected booked time.

Bookings under 4 hours are currently only available after 6pm.

Greg Desiatov Photography/Picture Perfect takes no responsibility for the damage, injury or loss of any person, property or equipment (including damage or loss during transit.) Whilst Greg Desiatov Photography/Picture Perfect will take all care in supervising the studio, clients leaving property, props or equipment on the premises at any time must do so at their own risk and ensure their insurance policy covers them accordingly. In the interest of security all exterior and interior doors must be kept locked at all times. The hirer (or the hirers representatives) is responsible for all damage or loss of any studio equipment and surrounds and must inform the studio manager immediately if damage or loss occurs. In the event of any such damage or loss Greg Desiatov Photography/Picture Perfect has the right to charge the client accordingly. The hirer (or hirers representatives) must ensure that the studio space is left in an “as found condition.(Walls and ceilings must be repaired of any damage). Should the studio require additional cleaning or repair, additional costs will be incurred.

Greg Desiatov Photography/Picture Perfect hours of operation are from 9am to 12am midnight. All day studio hire is for 8 hours commencing at 9am. Half day studio hire is for 4 hours. Early start (before 8.30am) incurs a $50 charge and extended hours (after booked time) incurs a $50/hour or part hour charge. Bookings less than 4 hours do not have a freshly painted floor in the cyclorama area. Prior warning must be given if you intend to start early or extend your hours. Bookings to be confirmed 36 hours prior to shoot date.

All deliveries to Greg Desiatov Photography/Picture Perfect must have the contact name and contact number clearly marked on them. If any props, equipment or furniture is to be left at the studios for pick up, the relevant courier pick up form must be completed and returned to the Studio Manager.

Insurance of gear, people & goods is the responsibility of the individual hirer.

​

Lighting and Props are complimentary with the studio hire and may vary in availability.
